Swing Terminal is operated by Anthony Calderone, an individual, not a registered company or corporation. Throughout this document, "we," "us," and "Swing Terminal" refer to Anthony Calderone operating this service.
Swing Terminal is a research and journaling tool for swing traders. It scans the market using rules-based technical criteria, presents candidates with a computed grade and score, and helps you log and track trade outcomes over time. It is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or licensed financial professional, and nothing it produces is financial advice. See the full Risk Disclosure for details on this point specifically.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By signing up, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, at our discretion, including for abuse, non-payment, or violation of these terms.
Paid access is billed on a recurring basis through Stripe, our payment processor. If a free trial is offered, it converts automatically to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends. You can cancel anytime through the billing portal linked from your account page — cancellation stops future billing but does not retroactively refund amounts already charged, except as described below.
Refunds are handled case by case. There is no fixed, automatic refund policy. If you believe you're owed a refund for any reason, contact us directly through our support form and we'll consider the request. We are under no obligation to issue a refund, but we're generally reasonable about it — genuine billing errors, technical failures on our end, and similar issues are the kinds of things we'd expect to resolve fairly.
Nothing in this service guarantees any particular trading outcome, profit, or avoidance of loss. Backtested and forward-tested statistics shown in the dashboard are historical records, not predictions. See the Risk Disclosure page for the full detail on this.
You agree not to: share your account credentials with others, attempt to resell or redistribute access to the service, attempt to circumvent the subscription/billing system, interfere with the service's normal operation, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without a refund.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swing Terminal and its operator are not liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or other damages arising from your use of this service, whether based on the information it provides, its availability, or any errors or interruptions in the service. The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
