Swing Terminal is a research and journaling tool, not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or licensed financial professional. Nothing on this site or in the dashboard constitutes investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any security. Every signal is generated by a mechanical, rules-based process and represents a hypothesis only — not a suggestion that you personally should take the trade.
Trading equities involves risk of loss, including the potential loss of your entire principal. Swing trading in particular can involve rapid, significant price moves against a position. You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and position sizing and risk management are entirely your own responsibility.
Past performance does not guarantee future results. This applies equally to backtested statistics and to the live, forward-tested numbers shown in the Performance section. A strategy that performed well historically, or even one that is performing well right now, can still lose money going forward — markets change, and small sample sizes are especially unreliable (see the Methodology section on the About page).
Statistics labeled backtested were measured on historical data that the system's own rules were tuned against — they describe what would have happened in the past under today's rules, not a promise about the future. Statistics labeled live or forward come from signals generated and journaled after the rules were fixed, and may still be based on a small number of closed trades. Both are historical records, not guarantees.
This tool finds and scores candidates. It does not execute trades, and there is no automated order routing anywhere in the system. You decide whether, when, and at what price to buy or sell, using your own judgment and your own brokerage account. The win rate and expectancy shown for any setup assume its exact stop and target are followed mechanically — if you enter, exit, or size a trade differently, your real results will differ, and this tool has no way to know by how much unless you separately log what you actually did.
Live prices are best-effort quotes pulled from a third-party data provider and may lag the real market by a bar or more. Market data, scan results, and journal statistics are provided "as is," with no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or availability. Confirm any price on your own broker's platform before acting on it.
Access to Swing Terminal is currently provided on an invite-only basis, for personal evaluation and feedback. Access may be modified, suspended, or revoked at any time and without notice. This tool is not a commercial product with a service-level guarantee.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of this tool is not liable for any losses, financial or otherwise, arising from its use or from any inability to access it.
